Not baaaaaaad!!!!! Didnt really follow a plan this past week. I just cut out the biscuits and bread that i was indulging in everyday.

This week we eat more veggies and drink 2.5 to 3 liters water.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
