I weighed in today at DPM's office which is a different scale and I had on different (more) clothes, same shoes, so in reality I've lost a pound or two more than it looks like. At any rate, I'm okay with just seeing the numbers go down. This is a long-haul, lifetime journey, not a sprint.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
