Hooray! I'm so close to my January goal. :-)

I'm extremely proud of myself this month. it's been almost 2 years since I was down even this much, and I still have such a long way to go.

It is always a struggle to get started, but once you get going it sticks. Recording my food is what makes this possible. I need to understand how much I truly NEED to eat vs what I WANT to eat.
