I am not sure about this reading - but then again I m still not sure where I lost all my weight - yes my clothing got smaller and my wedding rings had to be made 3 sizes smaller - but losing the last few kilos of my journey is extremely hard and I need to really pace myself the whole time. Still need to constantly motivate myself that I need to exercise. But hey you gotta give to get - Will check the scale again in the morning and then update for now I will enjoy the 2kg loss
84 kg Lost so far: 41 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

How many dit you loose a day. Did you do fasting. I find with 27hours of fast i loose abou 0.8kg per day
