Yay! This is the loss I was hoping for after TOM started last week. I'm 2.6 lbs away from my January goal,

Up to 6 miles so far running, and doing great recording food. I've managed to eat out and still maintain my calorie limits (I think, there is some guesswork at what exactly I ate).

The scale says 32% body fat, which is incredibly high. I'm going to look into resistance weight training to accompany running, so I can build up more lean muscle.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
