Another nice little drop :-) I'm a little behind for my goal for the month (150), but TOM had arrived which usually affects the loss. I'm hoping next week is a larger drop. :-)

I'm on track for my running goals this week, and have been tracking my food. #winning
70.1 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
