A small loss since Friday. I met my weekly goals last week (running and food related), so I get to buy myself some coffee or a book.

I'll keep going for another week or two to see the associated weight loss before determining if I should cut back more on the calories.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
