Don't get excited. I weighed myself new year's morning, and new year's Eve we eat dinner at 9, and have soup and dessert at midnight. This loss is expected, and it's my "normal" weight for the last few months. :-)

But I am doing well recording food, and staying under 1500 calories 😎
70.4 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
