Bonus weight loss over December. But now it is back to my kinda normal eating and exercising ... need something motivational...any ideas? Considering my new behind a desk from 7h00 to 17h30 job... my body doesnt know if it wants to be tired or hungry. But any ideas welcome for a energy boost and some moving.
86 kg Lost so far: 39 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
