So this week I did one 60 min dumbbell workout and then 3 x 40 min workouts so 180 mins in total. Makes up a bit for only doing 40 mins last week. So I'm not far off my 8 hr goal for the month.

Not too bothered about the scale and holiday eating started on Thursday already with an outing to a coffee shop with friends so I won't be tracking for now. Might track for a few days from Tuesday again.

Not sure if I'll be able to stay at 65 or below, but that's fine. Going to enjoy myself, but still try to be quite mindful - enjoy the things I want to have - but not in excess. Wishing everyone a great weekend!!!
65 kg Lost so far: 21 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My god Nikina a star the most dumbbells I do is five minutes a day. My main exercise is walking , I like the fresh air. Enjoy your coffee and natter with friends. I won't weigh in until New Year don't want to build false Hope's! Have a good weekend too.

So so jealous. I'm not allowed to lift over 5 pounds, and not consistently. Would love to rip some weights like you! Have to stick to those resistance bands and look enviously at your workouts. Way to go! :)

Binkytexas, I understand if you're missing the feel of weights, but I've heard good things about resistance bands and the 50 reps and 90 seconds at a time you're doing sounds like an excellent workout so just keep at it and your positivity will get you to your goal! You're an inspiration!!! Your support is much appreciated!

Paul, I appreciate your continued support! I love walking too and I believe it's one of the best exercises out there so enjoy it! It's raining here today so I might go to a big shopping mall to see how many laps I can do of the entire place while window-shopping and taking in all the Christmas decorations. Don't know if I could resist weighing in until the new year - I step on the scale every day, first thing in the morning and last thing at night - might be a bit obsessive, but it's just a habit. All the best!

Hey I read a tip somewhere when you going shopping walk up and down every aisle even if there is nothing you want in that aisle.
