So... I finally did a weigh-in after 34 days from my previous weigh-in. I don't think I did too bad. It might not look like much, but having a 100 gr loss, going back to cross fit & having my exact same lifestyle, it is a big achievement.
Let's see what the next 4 weeks hold for me!
