I can’t do this. Not a second time. I’m hungry and i’m tired and i don’t have the courage. Food yells at me to binge and i can’t bring myself to turn away. I’m not happy with myself. I’m angry and disgusted when I look in the mirror

Thank you. I was watching my calorie intake and cut out any starch and sugar. Started last year and lost about 22kg up until March and then it all went to shit

Ok! Cutting sugar and starch is a very good start. Where most things go downhill is when we reach a goal and (in my own personal experience) go back to old and bad eating habits. The best advice I can give you is to change your whole way of eating, make a lifestyle change you're comfortable with and stick with it indefinitely. I found for myself, that I do well on a LCHF (low carb healthy fat) way of eating because it curbs your hunger.

I've been working on my mental game and telling myself more positive things about my motivation and eating habits. It helps to keep your motivation on point and breaks the guilt cycle

Trust us. Youre not alone. Most of us struggling with this feel the same. Just keep posting and take it day by day. Don't drag stuff with you. Start again. And again. :) It takes courage and some days we just don't have it. That's ok. We're human.

Firstly, very well done on the 22 kgs lost!!! Don't be too hard on yourself, we all fall off the wagon at times. I lost 14kgs over a period of a year for my wedding and have picked up 6kgs since March after our wedding and move. It's happened to me plenty times before (I have always struggled with my weight), but that self disgust and self anger when you look in the mirror is what pushes you to turn it all around and get back on the wagon again. And you know what, you can and you will do it! Whatever it takes to get to your goal <3 Be Strong! YOU CAN DO IT!

Hi Hannah, I was/am exactly where you are now. I'm starting out again after just free-falling into weight gain, due to what you describe. Please take care of yourself, journal your feelings, scream in the car, etc to get those feelings out. Perhaps if you plan something nice for a year away from now, that could be your end goal to look forward to. Pray that you get courage to start again. Don't be so hard on yourself!💓

I lost 7kgs in 6 months and put it all back on in 3 months. I feel you. Im back to trying. Calorie counting is the only way for me to lose. Good luck, you've done it before and you can do it again!

dont give up! you already achieved sooo much! its okay to have bad days, we all do🤦‍♀️just remember how far you have come! if you are feeling very hungry and feel very resticted, try following a zero processed food mentality instead* eating whole foods makes it loads easier to feel full without having to worry too much about eating too much calories💙

You can do this! You have done this before. Whether you believe you can or whether you believe you can’t, both times you are right! Just take it a day at a time and don’t focus on the road ahead. Baby steps that’s all! You’ve got this!

If you want it, you will go get it! Get the mind right, then the body will follow. Talk positive, think positive and the results will be positive.

Hi you can do it. Second time round can be a bit more challenging to get started but once you get going it will be good. One minute becomes an hour and hours a day. Lets do this

You can do it... Don't stop trying. Just try again tomorrow 😌😌 "be healthy because you love your body, not because you hate it" << read that recently and changed the way I looked at things 😊
