So...... yesterday didnt go so well. Went to watch the rugby and had some pizza and beer 🤦🏻‍♀️. But atleast its still a loss of 600g. Better than nothing. 😁
108.1 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
