Great stuff. Do what works for you, I myself can’t do too many extended fasts. I tend to end up binge eating. I just do OMAD where I eat one meal a day. Only eat clean foods. They tend to be low in Calories, so I can stuff my face and not feel guilty. Weekends I take a break and do the circadian fast. You can change how you intermittently fast, as you get more accustomed to your new way of eating.
