How did the 2 day fast go?

Went ok made 16 hours then broke the fast i felt really bad so now im on day 4 of 13/11 intermitten its called the circadian fast im unteaching my body the bad habits i lost 0.01 so far and im happy im feeling great and sleeping better still eating clean. Slept 1and a half hours more and i feel super today 😆just gonna stay on this path

Great stuff. Do what works for you, I myself can’t do too many extended fasts. I tend to end up binge eating. I just do OMAD where I eat one meal a day. Only eat clean foods. They tend to be low in Calories, so I can stuff my face and not feel guilty. Weekends I take a break and do the circadian fast. You can change how you intermittently fast, as you get more accustomed to your new way of eating.
