The last five weeks or so ... up 400g down 600g up 200g down 300g.. not really shifting any weight - hello Platuea my old friend - but I would rather plateau on this weight than eat my feelings back up to where I was this time last year. Also. I am getting so strong. I did a full 5 rounds of 3 minutes each boxing session yesterday... if you've ever done boxing 🥊 ya'll know what I mean. and that to me is such a win!!!! Also - I can wear slim cut t-shirts now which is a total novelty that won't get old soon. This journey is about so much more than weight!!!
83 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I use to do a lot of sparring as a teen at 86kgs. I would run circles around my sparring partners. I use to train 4 nights a week. Eventually I lost the weight, going all the way down to 50kgs... which was too low. I then went up to 55kgs after adding complex carbs and more protein to my diet. You will definitely reach your goal and surpass it. I see your determination in all of your posts :)
