Good morning liezel. Just had a look at your weight chart and you reminding me so much of myself.... Up and down some months. I did the cohen's diet last year but its so restrictive so decided to change to calorie counting.... Did well till march this year then fell off track with the fasting month, eid (Christmas equivalent) etc..... Picked up alot and now back to lose it.... Im currently eating 1200 calories a day and putting in a half hour brisk walk a few days a week.... How many calories are you eating and are you restricting yourself with carbs etc as i notice you having fantastic losses in the past few days....
