Woot, a good loss this week, considering only 2 days of short running.

I'm feeling better this week, just very tired. Need to get my butt up and run, only have 1 down so fast this week!
69.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
