Either I am never ever going to do a half marathon orI am just going to call it quits.
95 kg Lost so far: 30 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you just finished running 13 miles your muscles are probably storing water to protect themselves. I twisted my ankle and gained 2 pounds. I think it might be a good thing. Just enjoy your success and try out the scale again when you feel rested.

your muscles will also be heavier due to the changes and the activity I have been through that give yourself a few days
