this sucks i had the most hectic 4 months droped everything now im up a kg from where i was when i stared ok so here comes the hard work..any advice to drop will be appreciated

In the beginning i had cheat days every weekend or so. If you need it, take it, as its far better to binge one day, than continue binging everyday.

yes i agree carbs is a pain in my ... i love my carbs and almost lose it without but i lost almost 8kgs last year and gained it all back that was a super hard amount to lose for me im not looking forward to this but i know i have to or ill get super big...
