here i am after 2 months of high stress im starting over after a 9 kg drop i have not weighed in yet. expecing a slight pick up due to the stuff ive gone thre not gonna let this get me down! hard work here i come this time round im working with cassy from pop Pilates and obviously myself at home any advice would be appreciated
