Finally a small loss!!! Christmas has taken its toll. Back into weight loss and exercise mode again. Want to reach 76 by mid February.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
