Losing excess liquids and some muscle mass. Got the all clear from my Doc to go for a short and painfully slow walk in the park. 7 weeks and 2 days to go before I can start rehabilitating the muscles again.
88 kg Lost so far: 17 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
