Slender wonder weigh in. As an endomorph who finds it hard to lose weight, I should stick to
- 30% carbs
- 35% protein
- 35% fat

Best sources:
- lean protein (white chicken and beef and egg yolk)
- healthy fats like olive oil
- carbs like beans and legumes
- nuts (macadamia)
- fatty fish
- walnuts
- low or non-fat cheese
- seeds
75.4 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
