So I gained 1 kg over a week... Might be water (didn't drink my meds 🙄), might be laziness... Might be to little exercise...
But I am back on the boat, got my tablets from Dr today (water retention), so from tomorrow I might see a difference on the scale 👀
But girls and guys, I told myself that it won't be possible to gain 32kg back again, not in my mind... I won't go back to the old me....there is just no way.
My step daugters' matric fairwell is in August and I need to look amazing... Due to obvious reasons 😉
So any motivation will doooooo xxx
94 kg Lost so far: 31 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
