Turns out the gain was mostly water. Happy about that. It seems this is my optimal weight. Now to focus on body composition (reduce fat, increase lean muscle mass).
64 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
