The scale is moving at a very slow pace... Even when I've been a "goodie"...I may need to get back to exercise to get moving... (oooooh but I hate cardio🙄)

Cardio's not the only exercise that can help with fat loss. There's HIIT too. And while weight training doesn't burn as many calories, it builds lean muscle mass which eventually burns more daily calories than fat. From a strictly fat loss perspective, the best exercise/workout you can do is the one you can stick. But on a side note, cardio is great for your heart, but it tends to be tough on joints and not so great for maintaining muscle mass.
Basically, do what you like, and it won't feel like a chore.

Thanks escapistArt☺️
Im one of those that prefer weight lifting...as well as hectic body exercises...and thats all i’d do when i get to gym 🙈 (no zumba classes or tredmill for me..though i used to be a fanatic fir such classes)
But i chose to stop for a while cause i buff up too quickly 😫(and thats not what i want)...
But i’ll certainly Consider HIIT...thanks☺️
