I need some help guys. I was diagnosed with arthritis and was told to add move fat to my food to help my joints but all this butter and oils are just making me sick and bloated and also my weight keeps going up. How do you meet the balances without all these side effects.
135.5 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 37.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cook with coconut oil, have some avos. Stay away from canola, sunflower oils.

Try getting your fats from whole food sources not just adding oil or butter to your meals. Nuts & seeds, nut or seed butters (e.g. almond butter or tahini), avocados, olives, etc. Not only do you get the natural fats from these foods, but you get more nutrition (fibre, vitamins, minerals, and such).
