No reason for this gain so will try not to stress over it. The pitfalls of weighing every day :-). I have however not slept my usual hours for the last three days and I know that sleep is important!
81.2 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
