Happy with this drop :) Almost out of the 113's :D

113.1 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Yasmine :) Every bit counts :) I'm losing although I'm very lenient and I havent been to gym in over 15 months.
