I had such a fight with myself on Tuesday because I got on the scale and it was a whooping 105... Then yesterday morning I drank a water retention tablet and look at the scale reading this morning... 🤔 I dont know if I should celebrate or debate the reading. But I have been hitting the gym hard this week and I even cut out my Extra light white wine. My body hurts, my mind hurts... Everything hurts and I am sooooo exhausted.
102 kg Lost so far: 23 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
