Whoop whoop!
I'm almost at my first goal weight which is 68kg. That will also signify my first 5kgs lost. On Saturday I'm getting a hair cut as an early reward.
69 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
