If there’s anything im learning is that i should never lose weight through ways that aren’t sustainable long term,im done restricting any foods from my diet because iv noticed that once i restrict unless im permanently restricting that type of food then when i get a chance to have it i over indulge(binge) so im giving that a break, trying a different way to achieve my goal.....😏

I felt exactly the same as you so I don't restrict myself... I watch my calories, I exercise and I love the way IF makes me feel... do what works for you and don't let the plan control you. you control your plan. I also found (that for myself) keeping a habit tracker in my diary really keeps me focused. (loads of good ones online to get some inspiration)
