My official weight this morning is 115.7kg./

Very very happy with my progress. Didnt expect to drop into the 115's today as I was actually expecting to be in the lower 116's :)

115.7 kg Lost so far: 13 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.4 kg a Week
