Thanks to Load shedding we had to eat take aways last night. Chicken and chips with a homemade salad. It was good. Still managed to keep under my cal allowance.
I am from today working from home. Is anyone else feeling nervous about the upcoming holiday festive break? I worry that my self control will go out of the window!!

70.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know how you feel. We going to the UK for 3 weeks and I know its going to be difficult but if I gain I will tackle it in the new year....
