I was super stoked at my progress! Almost 3 kgs in just 4 days. Appetite is virtually non existent. Might just get that summer body after all ;)
115.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
