My official weight this morning is 114.1kg.

I didn't keep my week entirely as I usually do so I'm happy with seeing a drop today :)

114.1 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.0 kg a Week
