The battle is real guys and the only way to win is with persistence and consistency.

I only log my lowest weight on this platform, my scale logs my daily ups and downs, I do this to keep myself focused and motivated where I want to go and what I want to beat...

Even thou I dabbled in the 57's before today this is my record beaten and I have worked so hard to see even this small drop, I have lost a lot of body fat % even with the scale not really moving along, but when you do high intensity exercise this tends to happen... Well so they say.

My goal is to have and see my six pack which means I have to lose another 8% body fat and at least 4kg on the scale.

Begin overweight most of my adult life, 4 children later my journey from 90kg to 54kg is within reach and I am enjoying the freedom of having a fit small body and thank God for the life and family he has given me, happy journey everyone!

Remember it is not only the destination it is about enjoying the ride!
