First day trying out carb cycling and I am STARVING. Really showing me that high fat diets are so much more satisfying.

I haven’t stopped eating since I started this morning...very bad of me but hopefully I get some good training in because of it 💪🏻
70 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
