Remember that hunger comes in waves... If you get hungry, just distract yourself & you'll see that the hunger goes away again.

I'm already feeling neaseous! Should I maybe just have a meal replacement shake for the start of the day? So like a liquid day

Then it is not fasting anymore. Fasting gives your body a chance to lower your insulin levels & use up stored energy. If you feed your body, it will automatically only use the energy that you provide & insulin levels will stay elevated. Maybe you should start with intermittent fasting, instead of a full fast. On the other hand, from my own experience it is all in the mind, provided that you are a somewhat healthy person. I used to get hangry & headaches from not eating, but when I started reading about fasting & actually tried it, all that sh*t disappeared. I've been eating one meal a day during week days for the last 2 years, without ever getting hangry or headaches!

But this is only my opinion... I'm not forcing anyone to do anything unless they feel comfortable with it.

Fasting requires a mind shift and great self control. I cant speak foe other people but I started offf many years ago with 5:2...progressed to 16:8...skipped over OMAD and for quite some time (on and off) depending how strong I am mentally do a 40 hour liquid fast. Only you will know your capabilities. And yes as Chardz has commented you will feel amazing....and the weight loss is PHENOMENAL . Good luck!
