So surprise. So yesterday I ate the small chocolate that comes with your vida e coffee. So I started to binged. Had so many marmite cheese provitas and ate most of my daughters sugar free biscuits with peanut butter and honey. Hahaha
79.5 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
