1.5kg up. Not ayoba, but i know I'll get down again. What I like is that I know what to do to get it down. My deadline is fast approaching. The wedding is on 15 December and I can't afford not to have reached my target before then. Just wondering if anyone can assist. For how long should I go to the gym to tone in order to see noticeable results?
90 kg Lost so far: 32.2 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
