So I have been quiet for a week. I decided to load carb and give my body an unhealthy shock. I ate everything I craved but drank apple cider vinegar in between with loads of water. I was expecting a gain but apparently not! I am back at day one. I will do another cycle of the 28 Day diet. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I will start the 28 day diet tomorrow that you have posted to get some ingredients today.
If I calculated correctly you have lost about 9 kg in a month....you rock girl!
