Try for a week to see how many calories you are consuming. Even with the meal replacement

Measure yourself, if you are exercising a lot you could be losing cm but not weight due to losing fat and gaining muscle

Dont focus on the scale-i have been using weights and im now heavier than what i started... focus on your clothes if they fit looser.

Dont drink your calories. But its true you lose cm and might pick up weight due to muscle gain :)

I am not sold on meal replacement because of the “fake” nutrients in them. I always find them to be too sweet and ask where does the sugar taste come from?
Protein shake I hate even more! Found out last year that they not for everyone...I have watched the movie mean girls so many time just to remind myself of why not to take meal replacements 🙈

I would try adding more fat and protein and eat a few less carbs. Just a suggestion helps me reach goals when I'm cutting.

Agree with wings, use a meal tracker for a week and you will notice how much calories you consume a day. I always thought I am not eating enough, when I started tracking my food I have realised the opposite.

In the long run a meal replacement isn't such a good idea.it starts to get boring. rather a good healthy portion. make sure you eat enough calories. too little and you won't lose a thing.

Stop the meal replacement. You have no idea what are in those things.
