Day 19 - what a surprise!! The final count down. 10 more days to go. With these I wonder if I should continue. My partner is coming back end of Aug and I want to look super fine 🤔🤔🍀 (btw I read yesterday of someone’s post regarding periods I just ended so explains why I maintained for a few days)
82.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
