Finally, two weeks in and exactly half way. To team weight loss 💪🏼💪🏼 Everyone must have a great Sunday!!

Good job! May I ask, how has it been? Do you find yourself hungry often or do you stay full until your next meal?

I don’t get hungry between meals (the first 3 days Were tough adjusting to eating between certain times). In the end it’s like IF and a low calorie intake combination diet. You have to leave atleast 5 hours gaps between meals. And drinking a lot of water and a cup of coffee/tea between meals helps a lot. I also take a multi-vitamin to ensure I get all my minerals and vitamins in each day. I am so focused on losing weight I forget about food 🙈 🙈 I struggled more on other diets like Banting.

Oh, it’s been good. I am a new mom and my lil one keeps me very occupied. If I worked this diet would be probably insufficient. But it’s been good. I recreate the items that are listed at meal times. When they say one veg, I make soup. Etc. It helps keep this diet interesting. Thanks you for the support. ❤️❤️❤️

That's a great idea to keep things interesting. Often lack of variety is what leads to deviating from a diet and I've found most of my cheats result from boredom, or of course lack of self control, which is also often my problem, hehe😬
