The 10th day - Still hanging in there. I watch a program yesterday about diets and that we eat waaaay to many calories. Even when we eat healthy. The more evolved and processed our foods became the more our needed calorie intake increases.
85 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Haha Ja, oh my word, haha my journal entry makes no sense. But Ja, food is a very vague topic but interesting. One day this is bad another day it’s the dieting secret.
