Week 3 of I.F.
Surprisingly, quite a tough-ish week. Week 1 & 2 were a breeze but I'm finding it more difficult to meet my caloric requirements, I'm less hungry when I'm actually eating - is that even a thing 😂. I'm always at a caloric deficit - which helps - but seem to be hungrier during the fasting period. Not sure if it's actual "stomach hunger" or "mind hunger" coz I know I'm not eating enough. Sigh.
