I feel like there's something "special" about the weekends... the urge for a "cheat meal/day" is SO HIGH, like on another level 😂 My mom's having a huge party tomorrow (it's a milestone birthday) and best believe there's gonna be soooooo many temptations!! I'm just gonna pray to the Diet Gods to get me through this weekend!! 💪 Also, can someone fix the cheat-effect of weekends, thanks in advance.

Be prepared for functions...rather take your own food-even if its a special occassion -you can exercise willpower - or eat from whats available within your cal or macro allowance. Be strong and dont allow anything to derail your journey. 1 cheat becomes 10 cheats. Moderation is key if you can't control yourself-just start again on mealplan next day.

babe, mom doesn't have a party everyday, EAT treats in moderation, don't deprive yourself. when satisfied fast for atleast 24hours ( water fast) to reset your system. works like magic
