Today is my third day. I feel a bit better. I read the guidelines of the diet, again. I can consume 450ml (container) of food. Much more than I ate the last two days. So I will up my portion size.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
