So today is day no. 2. The first day went by well but when I was ready for bed, I was extremely hungry. I calculated the calories of the 28 Day diet meal plan and it averages 600 calories a day. It’s very low and I decided I won’t do the diet longer than 28 Days.
88.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Dont want to discourage being on any diet or woe. I've seen a lot of 28 day diet friends struggling...really battling with low cals like that, maintaining diet and huge gains after the fact.Each to its own but eating like a bird and being punished everyday for 28days and longer is not what I would consider a learning curve for a longterm lifestyle.Dont go on a diet-choose a Lifestyle for the long run. Good luck but do investigate other avenues without the daily Punishment.☺

I completely agree. I normally just track my calories and eat between 1400-1600 a day. And I believe in wholesome calories. I have been losing 0.5kg a week. Which is the way to go. But... 🙈🙈 My partner is coming back next month from a trip and I want to shock him. I know it’s not the healthiest way. Fad diets tend to always have a negative impact. I decided to drink a multivitamin and Ofcourse plenty of water. This diet was recommended by a nurse. Scary. I will log each day my progress but maybe it will be a very short journey.

Just consider fat loss versus muscle loss on 28day diet. I'd rather do High protein for 28days-less muscle loss with equal results.
